Established in 2019, Dianna Paxton founded Flix CV to transform the most inefficient portions of the recruiting process to make it more effective and impactful. Dianna holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Houston. She has worked in the financial, energy and consumer durables industries throughout her career in Texas, Alaska, Michigan and China. Leveraging her management experience in Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing, she created Flix CV’s proprietary digital platform to establish a new recruiting standard.
Flix CV is a privately held corporation. An advisory board consisting of diverse individuals with IT, Recruiting, Human Resources, Legal and General Management expertise have been integral in creating Flix CV’s compelling and customer service-oriented solution.

Robert Paxton
Board Member, Executive Recruiter & Coach
Robert Paxton has more than 30 years of corporate experience, having served as CHRO for three publicly traded companies, led 21 M&A transactions valued at more than $80 billion, helped take two companies public (NASDAQ and NYSE) and has worked internationally in China, Italy and Hungary. Robert holds a BBA in Human Resource Management from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Houston. In addition to serving on the Flix CV Board, Robert leads the executive recruiting and leadership coaching practices of Flix CV.
